Use this feature to add past and future events with the option allowing user to RSVP. Further promote and engage users to commenting and post photos. This feature supports social media integration, importing options and even advanced recurring event set ups.



Adding this feature:

  1. Launch full feature list by clicking on "Add +" from Create > Build > Features.
  2. Search for or scroll to and click on Events v2 from the feature list, click Select.
  3. Input feature name, click Add. This feature will now appear in the menu on the left.
  4. Further configure by clicking on the feature.


Modifying the feature to your preference: Content

  • Change name (Screen Info > Screen / Feature Name), this will be the feature's name in the app.
  • Choose and apply an icon to the feature (Screen Info > Feature Icon).
  • Toggle on to have events stop appearing in the app two weeks prior to start date (Settings > Auto Deactivate).
  • Select the number of weeks in advance for recurring events to generate and show on the app (Settings > Populate Recurring Events).
  • Choose event type to add


  • Events > Add Single Event (For those one-time events or those that does not repeat) > Input fields: Mobile Header Image, Tablet Header Image, Custom Time Zone, Event Start & End Times, Event Name, Description, Photo Sharing, Attendees, Imported Locations, Custom Location Name, Address Section 1 & 2, Address > Add
  • Events > Add Recurring Event (For events that recurs on a weekly basis) > Input fields: Mobile Header Image, Tablet Header Image, Custom Time Zone, Start Time, End Date, Duration, Repeat, Day Of Week, Event Name, Description, Photo Sharing, Attendees, Imported Locations, Custom Location Name, Address Section 1 & 2, Address > Add
    • Note: The changes made to existing recurring events will only apply to new occurrences, so individual change is to be made for those already generated


  • Mobile Header Image: Upload a mobile header image for the event (750x400 pixels in PNG format)
  • Tablet Header Image: Upload a tablet header image for the event (1536x636 pixels in PNG format)
  • Time Zone: Toggle on to specify a custom time zone, otherwise the Global Time Zone located in Settings will be used
  • Event Start and End Date/Time: Input start & end times (in 24-hour format) for the event, users may see varying time formats in the app, depending on their device settings
  • Event Name: Insert name for the event
  • Description: Customize event's description using the WYSIWYG editor
  • Photo Sharing: Toggle on or off if users are allowed to post photos within the comments feed
  • Attendees: Toggle on or off RSVP (your users to indicate whether they will be attending the events
  • Imported Location: Toggle on to use location from the Contact feature. Toggle off to use the Custom Location Name section to input the address
  • Address Section 1 and Address Section 2: These will be the name of location, which appears in 2 liners format (top & bottom)
  • Address: Search for the address in “Enter the address here” or enter the coordinates in the Latitude/Longitude fields below. The nearest address will be input using Google Maps for this option



  • Mobile Header Image: Upload a mobile header image for the event (750x400 pixels in PNG format)
  • Tablet Header Image: Upload a tablet header image for the event (1536x636 pixels in PNG format)
  • Time Zone: Toggle on to specify a custom time zone, otherwise the Global Time Zone located in Settings will be used
  • Color Settings: Toggle on to use the Global Background and Text Colors instead of custom colors. When toggled off:
    • Background: Select background color for event description.
    • Text: Select the text color for event description.
  • Time Zone: Toggle on to specify a custom time zone, otherwise the Global Time Zone located in Settings will be used
  • Day Of Week: Select the day of the week for recurring event.
  • Start Time & End Time: Input start & end times (in 24-hour format) for the event, users may see varying time formats in the app, depending on their device settings
  • Duration: This will be calculated based on the start / end time inputted
  • Repeat: Select Weekly or Monthly recurrence
  • Event Name: Insert name for the event
  • Description: Customize event's description using the WYSIWYG editor
  • Photo Sharing: Toggle on or off if users are allowed to post photos within the comments feed
  • Attendees: Toggle on or off RSVP (your users to indicate whether they will be attending the events
